“Most
successful Car Dealers have already achieved many goals, but they
may still feel their dealership has not reached its full
potential”says Maxine Campbell. “This may stem from a lack of clearly defined and documented policies, procedures and systems for their Business Office. Often, the Business Office is considered an administrative function, and the Business Manager has a minimal role in the success of the dealership. Other managers may not understand the importance of the Business Manager, which may create a lack of mutual respect between the managers. The management team may not be coordinated and willing to work together towards enhancing the business.
